Jennifer Miller, widely known as the Veteran Mortgage Warrior, is a Blue Star Mom and respected leader in the VA lending space. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2006, she has guided thousands of families on their path to homeownership. Her longstanding dedication to her clients and her industry earned her recognition as one of Mortgage Banking’s Most Powerful Women by National Mortgage Professional Magazine.

 

Driven by her core pillars of Education and Empowerment, Jennifer has built her career on training Veterans, Realtors, and even her competition – fellow Loan Officers. She is especially passionate about dismantling long-standing myths surrounding VA Home Loans and ensuring that every service member fully understands the benefits they’ve earned—far beyond just the Home Loan Benefit.

 

Jennifer is the Founder of Veteran Mortgage Corps, a mission driven community created to elevate the standard of veteran lending nationwide. She is also a Certified Veteran Lending Specialist, continuously educating and empowering those who serve.

 

She resides in Greenville with her golden retriever, Hash. Her son, Dylan, proudly serves in the U.S. Navy overseas, while her daughter, Kaitlyn, will soon graduate from Clemson University with a degree in Chemistry. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cooking, crocheting blankets, playing tennis, and collecting new stamps in her passport.
